About Us

We believe technology done right can make your business prosper.

Who We Are

Every technology challenge is a business opportunity in disguise.

We believe that a business’s technology challenges can often be transformed into opportunities for new or renewed successes. Most organisations will look to settle for an absence of technology challenges – a neutral outcome whereby a challenge is simply resolved and disappears. We will always strive to go one step further and look for a positive outcome to any technology challenge – whereby a challenge is not merely resolved, it is transformed into a new opportunity for success for our client. This may be in the form of a new revenue stream, a process efficiency, a reputational gain within our client’s chosen market or anything else that our client may value.

Why We’re Different

One of our key differences is our ability to bring “big business” IT solutions to smaller businesses that wouldn’t usually be exposed to such technologies.

We can do this as our staff have had experience working within large national companies and government institutions, yet we ourselves are a small business.

We understand that cost and return on investment matter more to a smaller business – and that a smaller business has significantly less capacity to absorb IT projects that overrun or fail to deliver on their intended benefits.

This puts us in the unique position of having a practical and working understanding of big business IT technologies, whilst also having the ability to evaluate the use and benefit of such technologies via a small business mindset. The result of this is that our clients understand that we care about their specific needs, understand the value of their IT spend and benefit from our exposure to diverse range of technologies and potential IT solutions.

Our Approach

We answer the Why before the What, taking the time to fully understand your technology challenges before advocating a solution or a specific path forward.

Challenge Definition

Perhaps the most important stage in our process, we look to gather as much information about your business, your challenge and the impacts of the identified challenge to your business. This helps us get to know you needs, desires and expectations and allows us to propose a solution that represents the best possible outcome for you.

Investigation & Solution Proposal

Depending on the complexity of your challenge, we’ll often take a short period of time to review your business challenge and weigh up the various possible solutions that could be employed to resolve the issue. This will result in a proposed solution that will identify the expected benefits of implementing the solution in addition to our proposed engagement model. We’ll then collaborate with you on these items until you’re comfortable that the proposal represents your best path forward.

Build

Once approved, we will commence the implementation of the solution in accordance with the agreed plan. Depending on what is in the plan, this may involve purchasing and deploying new IT assets, configuring or developing systems, decommissioning existing assets or performing data migrations.

Go-Live & Implementation

Once the solution build is ready, we will schedule a go-live or implementation window with you. Where possible, we will endeavour to schedule any cutovers at a time that minimises the impact and risk to your business. We will also ensure that we have staff available to support you immediately after go-live to ensure that any teething issues are addressed as quickly as possible.

Post Implementation Support

Once the implementation phase of a project has been completed, we will look to provide you with ongoing support of your solution at a level determined by your specific business needs.

This may involve formalised service level agreements and response times, or may simply mean that you are confident that you are able to reach us for support if anything goes wrong.
